I’m so excited to finally get to show y’all these gorgeous images from Vicki Grafton of our vintage bohemian wedding inspiration shoot featured on Green Wedding Shoes yesterday! It was incredible to be a part of a production this big – dreaming it up and bringing it to life. We set up at the gorgeous LaMontagne in Bluemont, Virginia and amassed tons of vintage + bohemian pieces from Bella Villa, Something Vintage Rentals, and Vintage Affairs to do it up all fancy. Morgan at Petals and Hedges did a phenomenal job with the blooms – I mean, do you see that floral runner?!
Vicki had me spearhead the stationery and I was ecstatic to try something new. After a few trials, we ended up with a double-sided watercolor envelope liner in a vellum envelope so the watercolor pattern would show through. You can say it was my DIY project of that month. (; I chose Michele of Meant to be Calligraphy to calligraph all the pieces for this shoot and her Carter style was a perfect fit for this look.
Also, I should note that I am still in love with all the vintage furniture we got our hands on! Though I have to say, the best part of this shoot was being able to sit at that candle + lamp-lit table and enjoy a meal with all the wonderful people who worked hard on this.
Cheers to y’all: Vicki Grafton Photography / Petals and Hedges / Bella Villa / Something Vintage Rentals / Vintage Affairs / Hair by Giselle / Emmy Ray Designs / Jan Scott / Meant to Be Calligraphy / Sarah Seven via Soliloquy Bridal Couture / Cake Panache / LaMontagne / and our lovely models!
